Over the past 10 years Kent Jonasen has built a unique insight on how to design educational and developmental initiatives that are applicable to cultures across the world. He has personally led the implementation of the leadership pipeline concept with regards to development, selection and assessment in 30 different large international organizations.
Before becoming CEO of Leadership Pipeline Institute, Jonasen was deputy head of group human resources in A.P. Moller – Maersk from 1996 to 2008 and was responsible for talent management, leadership development, executive development and executive compensation and representing HR on the corporate M&A committee.
