Energized by her entrepreneurial spirit, Doyle has built and sustained exceptional training organizations in the public and private sectors.
As vice president of global learning, Doyle drives the strategic talent initiatives and provides expert thought leadership, innovative strategies and solutions with agile processes and tools in the areas of employee engagement, technical and mission expertise, and leadership development.
Immediately prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Doyle was a partner in Winning Results LLC, where she used her passion for coaching and teaching to help develop the next generation of leaders.
As vice president of learning and development at Lowe’s Cos., Doyle led the company’s talent and leadership development strategies for a workforce of over 260,000. Doyle developed a purpose-driven leadership development strategy focused on engaging employees to deliver a differentiated customer experience and help customers love where they live.
As chancellor of the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy, Doyle — as a member of the Senior Executive Service — built and led a professional academy whose mission was to transform how VA acquires and manages the supplies and services essential to its vital national mission. In addition, Doyle launched the “Warrior to Workforce” program to repatriate disabled veterans into the workforce.
As executive director at Acquisition Solutions Inc., Doyle built a successful training institute devoted to expanding the knowledge, effectiveness and results of the federal acquisition workforce. Doyle developed an Acquisition Fellows Program dedicated to growing the next generation of professionals. Doyle created and co-authored Acquisition Solutions’ preeminent executive leadership program to develop and coach seasoned public sector acquisition leaders.
As deputy seni executive at the Department of Commerce, Doyle led the Department’s efforts in developing federal acquisition policy and served as the Department’s voting representative on the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council, responsible for implementing acquisition law through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Doyle also was responsible for leading the Department’s acquisition career management initiatives.
Doyle was named CLO of the Year by Chief Learning Officermagazine in 2011, , is an editorial advisory board member for Chief Learning Officermagazine, a faculty member for Chief Learning Officer Accelerator Class, a Council for Excellence in Government Fellow, and a Federal Executive Institute Alumna.
Doyle earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Hood College, Frederick, Maryland, and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.
