Ashley Yousufzai is a Solutions Consultant at BetterUp, where she works to advance the science and practice of evidence-based coaching and behavior transformation in the workplace. Yousufzai is trained as an industrial-organizational psychologist, specializing in organizational effectiveness, talent management and the employee experience. Over her 15-plus year career, Yousufzai has led and partnered with leaders at all levels to bring leadership, talent and organization initiatives to life across a diverse range organizations.

Prior to BetterUp, Yousufzai spent nine years as lead scientist and consultant at Trinity Health where she focused on the design, development, implementation and evaluation of customized employee and leadership development programs and workforce planning solutions. She has designed organizational interventions, learning and development programs, and facilitated executive retreats, strategic planning sessions and workshops. Yousufzai earned her doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University. Yousufzai is also an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, a certified change management professional through Prosci, and an HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Steve Woodward is a learning and development leader at Red Roof who focuses on inspiring others to believe in everyone’s “positive intent” and to unleash the capabilities of empowerment and emotional connection to deliver exemplary experiences.

Woodward shows that inspiring other leaders to make the investment with new employees to effectively onboard and train on their primary responsibility as well as also model a culture of trust and belief in the employee will drive overall performance and phenomenal experiences.

While leading the training team at Red Roof for the past four years, Woodward and the Red Roof Training team have received numerous awards from BizLibrary; Best New Program Launch, Best Measured Results and Best Use of Learning Technology, Elearningmagazine’s top 100 for learning culture, Trainingmagazine’s Top 125 and a Chief Learning Officeraward.

Woodward is also a certified DDI facilitator as well as a certified facilitative leadership facilitator from Interactive Associates.

Woodward holds a degree in business with a minor in English from High Point University.

Adam Taylor is an expert on a broad range of business-relevant leadership and talent management practices and consults with multinational and regional organizations across industries. As the head of client success for DDI’s U.S. Operations, Taylor leads and develops a group of senior consultants who work with clients to better diagnose and accelerate leadership across all levels. He is passionate about helping organizations develop their entire leadership pipeline by aligning leadership initiatives with business needs, identifying ways to unlock hidden leadership potential, and building a development-focused culture. Prior to his current role, Taylor was the managing director for DDI Canada.

Sean Stowers is a Learning Business Partner with Pearson. He works with learning leaders to develop strategies to educate their frontline workforce. Prior to joining Pearson, Stowers spent five years at FT Knowledge, a division of Pearson that focused on training solutions for the financial services industry. Previously, he was a client executive at IBM Learning Services.

Mike Reed is the director of instructional design and administration within global risk solutions learning services at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, a business unit with 8.5 billion in sales and 8,500 employees. Learning services supports technical training including claims, underwriting and distribution. Reed’s group supports program design and development, content management, internal information systems and training delivery support on the corporate systems.

Reed has 15 years of experience in information technology where he spent 10 years as a software engineer and five years as a technology manager. He also has 15 years of experience in course and program development for adult learners. His recent area of focus has been establishing and using technical platforms to measure the business and talent impacts of training programs developed and delivered by learning services.

In her current role as VP of Delivery for TMBC, Amy facilitates workshops to help team leaders and team members at all levels of an organization apply the Strengths approach to turbo charge performance and engagement.  She also leads a team of facilitators, delivers Certified Trainer workshops to give clients the internal capability to deliver strengths workshops, and shares clients’ input with TMBC’s Coaching Services team to contribute to developing and optimizing educational offerings.

In her prior tole as VP of Global Leadership and Career Development for ADP, Amy established a new framework to support individual development in leadership effectiveness, professional learning, and career growth for all associates. This drove a 160% increase participation in their formal offerings and showed measurable impact on ADP’s engagement and leader effectiveness measures.

Amy has ten years’ experience in Sales and Marketing leadership roles, including enterprise responsibility for Sales Learning and Leadership Development. Her passion for driving results through developing people has contributed to her success in a variety of industries and organization types including Fortune 200s, start-ups, and non-profits.

Amy has a master’s degree in Comparative Literature from The Catholic University of America and a bachelor’s degree in English from Skidmore College.

She currently lives in Sparta, NJ and enjoys comedy, cooking and travel in her spare time.
